Abeni’s Song is full of adventure for the whole book. This book talks about the importance of family and friends and how they help you through hard times. Damju was my favorite because even though she is blind it didn’t stop her from trying to help her friends. This book seems good for 5th graders and up who enjoy action and exploring the African forest and savannah.
