Greeking Out is a funny and well-illustrated book featuring some of the basic heroes in Greek mythology. Many people would like to read this book. It has detailed illustrations of popular characters in Greek mythology. It taught me good facts about Greek history. It was very interesting and the pictures were very expressive and made it fun to read. The writing was good at describing the mood of the story. I think you should read this wonderful book Greeking Out. The glossary helped me understand the hard words. All people that are interested in Greek mythology will love this book.

The cover of this book drew me in and made me curious to find out why all the characters were doing different things. For example, what’s the monkey looking thing with one eye? And why is the blue guy was holding lighting bolts? My favorite part of the book was the myth about the flying horse, Pegasus, because he was cute. Who doesn’t like flying horses?! My favorite character was Pandora since she was curious. I think students starting in 2nd grade would like this book because the myths are interesting and a bit weird. Other kids should read this book if they enjoy fiction and make believe. I give it one hundred thumbs up!

My favorite parts in the book were the little stories. I think all ages and grades should read it because it is very fun to read all the Greek myths. I LOVED all the Greek stories in this book.
