I really like how every chapter is about a different habit or stage.

Mrs.Piggle-Wiggle is the main character. I like her because she is very kind to all of the children.

I think other kids should read this book because it is very silly and will make you laugh.

This book reminds me of no other books I’ve read.

I loved it because it made me laugh and smile!

It is a sensational book about animals and friendship.

This book reminds me of A Dog’s Purpose by W. Bruce Cameron

Your thoughts on the book:
This book has valuable lessons on friendship and I treasure it very much! My favorite part was when Max was adopted from the animal shelter by a loving artistic girl!

You should read this book if you’re in the mood for: Mystery, Action, Humor & Superheroes

What did you like about this book?
I liked how the main character Doreen has the power of a squirrel. She can jump really high, is stronger and faster than normal people, climbs trees with retractable claws, likes nuts, and has a bushy tail. It fun to read more about the Marvel comic universe. Squirrel Girl is awesome, because she is funny, nice, and brave.

Who were the main character(s)? Which one(s) were your favorite? Why?
Doreen Green – age 14 also known as Squirrel Girl.
Ana Sophia – age 14 Doreen’s best human friend.
Tippy-Toe – Doreen’s sidekick squirrel
Mike Romanger – age 14 goes to Doreen’s school and is really grumpy
Tippy-Toe is my favorite because she a squirrel and is the leader of her clan. Tippy-Toe is powerful and trustworthy.

Other kids should read this book because…
If you like Marvel movies, squirrels, mystery or nuts you should read this book.

This book reminds me of the Marvel movies, especially Captain Marvel.

Your thoughts on the book:
It was fun to finally read a book about a girl superhero. I don’t find many girl superhero books.

3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th

What did you like about this book?
It was funny, exciting, and cool.

Who were the main character(s)? Which one(s) were your favorite? Why?
Greg Heffley, Rowley Jefferson, and Chirag Gupta. Rowley was my favorite because he is in middle school and he acts like a 6- or 7-year-old.

Other kids should read this book because…
it is hilarious. The characters do silly things and lots of weird stuff that will make kids laugh.

Your thoughts on the book:
It is great, I like the artwork, and it looks like a comic book, too.

It had mystical creatures and had a lot of suspense.

The main characters are Emily, the Elf King and Leon. My favorite is Emily because she is strong and powerful and she is very loving and kind.

It is an exciting book to read and it is very magical.

Your thoughts on the book:
Emily’s mom had been poisoned and she had to find the right antidote but the Elf King was trying to stop her. She was very brave and was able to save her mom.
