Note: Some of these answers may be irrelevant to Destiny users whose login information is tied to their Destiny account. Please contact your Destiny administrator if you are a Destiny user with a login issue.
Q: What do I do if I don’t receive a confirmation email after signing up?
A: First, check your spam and/or junk folder to make sure our confirmation email didn’t end up there. If you did not receive an email from us at all, it’s possible the email was mistakenly blocked by your firewall.
We usually reach out to users whose accounts are not confirmed within 24-72 hours. However, if you would like to access your account faster than that, please email us and a member of our team will manually confirm your account and issue a temporary password.
Q: I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
A: Students need a teacher or parent to reset their password for them. If this is not possible, please email us so we can issue a temporary password for them to log in and change it.
Parents and teachers can use the “forgot password” link on the login screen.
Q: I’m a student and the password my teacher gave me is not working.
A: First, please contact your teacher and ask them to check the password on their end. If the password they gave you is correct and it’s still not working, please email us and a member of our team can give you a temporary password so you can log in.
